Marriott hotels with waterpark for the kids

I usually travel with a child who likes a pool but loves a water park! We have some Marriott rewards nights to burn so I was trying to figure out what my Marriott water park type hotel options were.

Fairfield Inn and Suites in Gillette Wyoming is a category 2 with several large water slides that go through the building and several pools.

Fairfield Inn and Suites Watervliet Michigan is a category 2 hotel with several large water slides that go through the building.  A large water bucket and kids area.

Towneplace Suites Rochester in Minnesota offers a water park for smaller kids and is only a category 3. They offer a couple of little slides.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites Beachwood Ohio offers a water slide in addition to their pool and whirlpool.  A category 3 hotel, I guess a slide is better than nothing…

The Courtyard Myrtle Beach is 1.2 miles from the Myrtle Waves Water Park if you want to make a drive.  I prefer to have my hotels and water parks attached but it is an option. The hotel is a category 5.

The Depot Renaissance Minneapolis is a category 6 and includes the depot water park. A cute train for little kids to play on and large slide. (Might be closing waterpark.)

The SpringHill Suites in Pigeon Forge also offers a small water slide into the pool.  Its a category 6 hotel.

JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass in Arizona is a category 6 with a lazy river and water slide.

Fairfield Inn and Suites Rapid City is a category 7 with South Dakota’s largest indoor water park.  A lazy river, several slides and dumping bucket.

Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimee offers a Cypress Springs Family Water Park. They are also a category 7 hotel.

Marriott’s Harbour Lake in Orlando is a rewards category 7 and offers the vacation villas. They offer Florida Falls with a slide pool and an interactive pirate ship to play on for smaller kids.

Orlando World Center Marriott is a category 7.  They offer several pools, a huge slide and several smaller slides for kids.

JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country is a category 8 with a lazy river, a couple of pools and water slides.

JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge offers a lazy river and slide for the kids. It is a category 8 property.

The Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island also offers a large water slide.  It is a category 9.

Most of the options are in higher categories than my rewards certificates are valid for but its nice to see what is available.

This is one of the slides at the Fairfield Inn in Watervliet.

That’s pretty neat indoor water park! My kids would love that.

Thanks for the list. Unfortunately, the Depot Renaissance (and connected) Marriott Residence Inn at the Depot, in Minneapolis, closed the waterpark and is renovating it (more revenue generating sleeping rooms, fitness center and a small pool) ready Spring 2016. The rooms being added are for the Renaissance at the Depot and they do a lot of weddings/events. Water parks don’t make any $ I guess.
