Radisson Suite Hotel Oceanfront

We moved on to our next hotel of the trip after Surfin’ Santas, just up the road not even half an hour.  Down the coast near Melbourne Beach we were staying at the Radisson Suite Oceanfront Hotel. I was really looking forward to this hotel because all of the rooms are suites, I knew we would have some room to stretch out.

We were staying two nights on points and paying for our last third night.  The hotel also upgraded us to a corner suite on the 6th floor.  It was perfect, on the pool side and all rooms face the ocean.

I loved the large window and balcony from the bedroom. The main room also had a slider to the balcony (with two chairs) and large window behind the couch looking towards the pool.

I like it that the properties are not on top of each other.  The next door hotel is separated on either side by a beach parking lot and public entrance.  And the beach parking for the public is free. Very refreshing, I hate laying out $10 at home to park for the beach!!!!

The large 6 foot deep pool and hot tub was never too crowded during our visit. There was also a shower/ foot wash for anyone exiting the beach.

We ate late breakfast out by the pool while they were freshening up our room one morning.  It was fun to watch people fishing in the ocean.

We were also given a nice welcome gift for our gold status, a breakfast basket with pastries and fruit.  We will be back to this hotel, we loved it!!!!  It was 44,000 points and with a AAA discount I paid $127 with tax for our last night.

  1. That’s a really interesting pool. Never saw one that shape before.

    • Thanks for stopping by! We thought it was weird also. And we wondered if originally the hot tub was connected to the pool? Where the weird cut out is? Not sure.
