The Cotton Exchange for Lunch

After our cemetery tour at Bonaventure our guide asked us where we wanted to be dropped off.  I had not made any lunch plans, hoping to just ask for suggestions.  Usually the guides give you two or three ideas, our guide had just one suggestion.

We were dropped right on the river front near the river street access driveway.  Less than a minute later we were outside the Cotton Exchange to see if they had a table available.  Lucky for us the heat of August makes a little off season because we took the last empty table.

Looking over the menu both Daughter and I chose to order the same thing.  A bacon cheeseburger!

The interior of this restaurant is so cool.  Its the old warehouse and stone block walls.

We enjoyed our lunch and watched a little of the Olympics on the tv over the bar area while we ate.  Our server kept our Coke glasses full and our burgers came out in record time.  The dinner menu looked interesting but we had other plans for the night.   We would definitely eat here again!
